Inspiring Women in Fleet Week, new in 2025, is a global celebration.
Throughout the week, a variety of inspiring events will be hosted across the globe by our partners. From March 8th to March 14th, aligning with International Women’s Day.

2024 - Fleet Europe Days (Milan)
The largest IWIF gathering so far took place in Milan, during the Fleet Europe Days, with more than 220 people, men and women, gathered for an amazing breakfast filled with great speeches and a powerful panel discussion with our 4 speakers: Laura Martini (Leasys), Aurélie Lemaire (Ayvens), Joanne Vickers (Enterprise Mobility) and Caroline Thonnon (Fleet Europe). 2024 - Fleet LatAm Summit (Mexico City)
This Inspiring Women in Fleet Cocktail Reception gathering took place in 2024 during the Fleet LatAm Summit, in Mexico City. We had the chance to welcome on stage 6 powerful speakers: Karina Uribe (Pfizer), Heidi DiAngelo (Ridecell), Claudia Rodriguez Reyes (Nissan Mexico), Elzbieta Koska (Ayvens Mexico), Mirella Juarez (Arrend Leasing) and Caroline Thonnon (Fleet LatAm). 2024 - Global Fleet Summit (Cascais)
The spring gathering was, again, in beautiful Cascais, during the Global Fleet Summit. 4 powerful ladies on stage and a great panel discussion: everything you need for a sucessful Inspiring Women in Fleet gathering! 2024 - Fleet APAC Summit (Bangkok)
For the very first time in Asia Pacifi, Inspiring Women in Fleet held an amazing breakfast during the Fleet APAC Summit, on June 13th in Bangkok. We had the chance to listen the Inspiring Testimonials of 3 strong ladies: Kawita Teekakul (Ayvens), Monalisa Marin (AFMA) and Zulaikha "Ika" Zawawi (Nestlé). Watch the video here.
