Inspiring women in fleet

An inspiring panel in Bangkok for the Fleet APAC Summit ! Thanks to Ezanne Soh (Senior Manager, APAC, Geotab), Michelle Thomas (Chief Innovation and Product Officer, SG Fleet) and Shalini Baveja (Director – Marketing, Strategy & ESG, Ayvens).

These female professionals shared their personal career journeys, revealed hard-won insights into fleet strategy and operations, and offered practical advice for navigating challenges and seizing opportunities. 

This year, we move Inspiring Women in Fleet from a BREAKFAST concept to a COCKTAIL EVENT with: a keynote presentation "Take your chance and step up" with Sara Marques (Miio) and Jacqui Carr (Eqstra). Followed by an Inspiring Women in Fleet Panel Discussion with Ayvens, Privacy4Cars and TraXall International - Fleet Logistics.

The largest IWIF gathering so far took place in Milan, during the Fleet Europe Days, with more than 220 people, men and women, gathered for an amazing breakfast filled with great speeches and a powerful panel discussion with our 4 speakers: Laura Martini (Leasys), Aurélie Lemaire (Ayvens), Joanne Vickers (Enterprise Mobility) and Caroline Thonnon (Fleet Europe). This Inspiring Women in Fleet Cocktail Reception gathering took place in 2024 during the Fleet LatAm Summit, in Mexico City. We had the chance to welcome on stage 6 powerful speakers: Karina Uribe (Pfizer), Heidi DiAngelo (Ridecell),  Claudia Rodriguez Reyes (Nissan Mexico), Elzbieta Koska (Ayvens Mexico), Mirella Juarez (Arrend Leasing) and Caroline Thonnon (Fleet LatAm). The spring gathering was, again, in beautiful Cascais, during the Global Fleet Summit. 4 powerful ladies on stage and a great panel discussion: everything you need for a sucessful Inspiring Women in Fleet gathering! Thanks to our speakers: Virginie Pochat (Ayvens), Thea van de Gender (Ericsson), Monika Szelag (ISS), Kristin Hodgkinson (Lytx) and Laurie Marganne (Global Fleet). Watch the video here. 

For the very first time in Asia Pacifi, Inspiring Women in Fleet held an amazing breakfast during the Fleet APAC Summit, on June 13th in Bangkok. We had the chance to listen the Inspiring Testimonials of 3 strong ladies: Kawita Teekakul (Ayvens), Monalisa Marin (AFMA) and Zulaikha "Ika" Zawawi (Nestlé). Watch the video here. 

The 2023 gathering took place in Lisbon, during the Fleet Europe Days, with more than 150 people, men and women, gathered for an amazing breakfast filled with great speeches and a powerful panel discussion with our 4 speakers: Julie Meynard (Arval), Sabina Martin (Geotab), Johan Saffrett (Ayvens) and Caroline Thonnon (Fleet Europe). The third Inspiring Women in Fleet gathering took place in 2023 during the Fleet LatAm Conference, in Mexico, and was this time a networking lunch. We had the chance to welcome on stage 4 powerful speakers: Regina Granados, Liliana Anaya (Amafa),  Fernando Ferreira (Lytx), Deyanira Bautista (Element Fleet Management) and Caroline Thonnon (Fleet LatAm)

The second Inspiring Women in Fleet breakfast took place in 2023 during the Global Fleet Conference in Cascais. We had the chance to welcome on stage 4 powerful ladies: Elena Malagarriga, Teresa Casulleras (Merck),  Annie Pin (Ayvens) and Caroline Thonnon (Global Fleet). Watch the video here.
